Non Surgical Facelifts

The ‘Ultimate Facial Toning System’

(non-surgical facial lift)

Removes and reduces lines and wrinkles, lifts, firms and tones muscle structure and improves surface skin texture and appearance to leave you feeling and looking great.

Noticeable lift and reduction of lines can usually be seen after just one treatment, subject to individual skin tone and resistance.

However, for a more lasting effect we recommend a foundation course of 10 treatments over a 4 week period followed by a maintenance program of one treatment per month.

About Facial Toning

Ultimate Facial Toning is designed to achieve facial toning by stimulating nerve endings to improve tone in the muscle tissue. The Ultimate Facial Toning System uses both faradic and galvanic micro currents, which stimulate muscles fibres to achieve a toning effect and improve the surface skin texture.

The current is used at an intensity to bring maximum results in minimal time with no discomfort experienced by the client. Ensuring a beneficial, effective and comfortable treatment for your client.

When using the galvanic micro current alone it improves the circulation to both the skin and the muscle cells, improving the surface skin appearance. The dual output alternates between faradic and galvanic micro current, achieving both facial toning and improved circulation. The probes are in contact with the skin and therefore are conducting the micro current to the specified area.

The Ultimate Facial Toning System treatments usually consist of a course of ten treatments over a four or five week period. This is dependent upon the client’s skin texture and muscle tone, not necessarily the age of the client. Once a client has completed a course of treatments they are advised to receive a treatment approximately once a month to maintain the results.

The Ultimate Facial Toning System is fitted with state of the art circuitry which enables the selected intensity to be delivered to the motor nerve to stimulate the muscle tissue regardless of the condition of the client’s skin.

The Ultimate Facial Toning System has a reserve pool of energy, which it can draw from should the client’s skin be dry or dehydrated, which would normally hinder the efficiency and therefore effectiveness of the treatment. This methodof dealing with skin resistance ensures every client is receiving effective muscle stimulation at a continuous intensity and their skin is no longer a variable factor influencing the treatment

An electrical current is used to stimulate the effect of isometric exercise; specific muscles are repeatedly stimulated (exercised) by the current, which results in a toning effect.

  • Improved tone of specific muscles, resulting in reshaping and toning of muscles tissue thus improving facial contours
  • Metabolism increase in stimulated muscles
  • Increase in circulation to muscle tissue
  • Improved elimination of waste products from the treated area
  • Increases mitotic activity improving cellular regeneration

Galvanism is a direct current to produce a physical and chemical effect on the skin’s tissues. Therapeutic substances are introduced to the skin to create specific effects upon the surface and underlying tissues.

  • Increased blood and lymphatic circulation
  • Improved surface skin texture through removal of dead surface skin cells
  • Improved function and appearance of the skin by introduction of water soluble substances
  • Deep cleansing action

Non surgical facelifts using facial toning stimulation has its roots in clinical treatments to improve facial muscle tone and performance.

“Electrical muscle stimulation is used in the treatment of facial muscles which have a poor response to voluntary neuromuscular function. The type of condition which show these poor responses are, inter alia,

Bells Palsy, Muscular Atrophy, Muscle Spasticity following a stroke, immobilisation of muscle due to muscle weakness.

The device is intended to activate motor neurons within the facial muscles with extracellular applied electrical current to achieve muscle contractions and repair the functional disorders of facial muscle activity, which can occur following the conditions above. The electrical field is achieved by moving surface electrodes, anodes and cathodes, over the facial area whilst applying either a constant current for a time not exceeding 5s or a square wave shaped pulsed current froe a longer period or a cycle of both types of current over a 20s period.

The frequency, amplitude and pulse-duration of the stimulus affect the motor neuron nerves and consequently, the facial muscles, the conclusion of which is muscular contraction.”
